At Tadd Art, your satisfaction is our priority. Please note the following guidelines for refunds and exchanges:
- To initiate a refund, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase and photos of the item(s) are required.
- Exchanges are available for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Custom orders, sale items, and perishable goods are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
