SAME DAY DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for Same-Day Delivery

  1. Eligibility for Same-Day Delivery:

    • Same-day delivery is available only for orders placed before 15:00 PM local time.
    • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the following business day.
    • Same-day delivery is only available on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  2. Delivery Areas:

    • Same-day delivery is available only within specified areas. Please check our delivery area list to confirm if your location is covered.
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders if the delivery address is outside our serviceable areas.
  3. Delivery Charges:

    • A delivery fee of AED 35 will be charged for each same-day delivery order within Dubai city limits.
    • A delivery fee of AED 45 will be charged for each same-day delivery order within the city limits of other Emirates.
    • Additional charges may apply based on the size and weight of the items. 
  4. Order Processing:

    • Orders are processed and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • We will make every effort to dispatch your order quickly, but delivery times may vary based on order volume and staffing.
  5. Delivery Times:

    • Deliveries are made between 9 AM to 6:00 PM.
    • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  6. Changes and Cancellations:

    • Once items are out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.
    • Any fees associated with a cancelled order that has been dispatched will not be refunded.
  7. Receiving Orders:

    • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
    • If no one is available to receive the order at the specified address, the order will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any redelivery fees.
  8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

    • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any damaged or incorrect items, please report them to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Claims made after this period may not be honored.
  9. Returns and Refunds:

    • Returns and refunds for same-day delivered items are subject to our standard return and refund policies.

  10. Liability:

    • We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, traffic delays, or any other similar events.
    • We are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost income or profits) or damage caused by late or failed deliveries.
  11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Continued use of our same-day delivery service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
